I understand that bicycling of any type is inherently dangerous and can result in serious injury or death, and I agree that I am assuming all such risks caused by my participation therein.  I agree that David Hanson dba Boise Rents has no duty to supervise my conduct or that of others. I Or my parents and guardians, if a minor, hold David Hanson DBA Boise Rents harmless from any and all claims or damages as a result of any bodily or personal injury to ‘the party renting’ while using the equipment so rented. All warranties, express, implied and fitness for a particular purpose, are specifically disclaimed.  Recovery in any action on breach of contract shall be limited to the amount of rental fee herein.  Should any portion of this agreement be held invalid, the remainder shall not be affected.  I waive any cause of action based on product liability.  I represent that I possess the required shills to safely operate the equipment rented here.

Online Shopping:
